Trust & Safety
Simple habits that keep clients and providers safe on every job.
Last updated: November 2026
Safe home entry — cleaning, plumbing, electrical
- Schedule work in daylight hours whenever possible.
- Confirm the provider's name and match their face to their profile photo before letting them in.
- Have another adult present in the home during the job.
- Agree on the exact work and the cash price before anything starts.
Boda-boda rides and deliveries
- Helmets are a must — for the rider and the passenger.
- Keep cargo to a safe, reasonable load.
- Confirm the pickup and drop-off landmarks before setting off.
- Agree on the exact fare before departure.
Cash etiquette
- Pay only when the agreed work is done and you've checked it.
- Count the money together, in a safe place.
- Never pay large amounts up front to someone you haven't met.
Respect for everyone
Everyone deserves equal chances. Harassment, discrimination or threats of any kind — including against women and girls — lead to removal from let...ME!.
