Terms of Service

Plain-language rules for everyone who posts tasks or offers services on let...ME!. By using the platform you agree to them.

1. What let...ME! is

let...ME! is a marketplace and communication platform that connects independent local service providers with people and businesses who need work done. It is operated with the support of VictoryLab Agency.

We are not an employer, contractor or agency for any provider. Providers work for themselves. Each job is a private agreement between the client and the provider.

2. Cash payments and liability

All payments are made in cash, directly between the client and the provider, when the work is done. let...ME! does not hold, process or guarantee any money.

Because of this, let...ME! and VictoryLab Agency are not liable for property damage, personal injury, loss, service quality, or the outcome of any dispute that comes from a private cash agreement. We will help mediate in good faith, but the final responsibility lies with the two parties.

3. Your account

  • Give honest information about yourself, your skills and your business.
  • Keep your login private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
  • You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian's permission.

4. Verification

The "Vetted by VictoryLab Agency" badge means a provider completed an offline ID and community reference check. It is not a guarantee of quality or safety. Always agree the scope and price clearly before work begins.

5. What is not allowed

  • Illegal, dangerous or unsafe work.
  • Harassment, discrimination, threats or fraud.
  • Fake profiles, fake reviews or impersonating others.

We may suspend or remove accounts that break these rules.

6. Fees

let...ME! is currently free. If we introduce a subscription or commission in the future, we will tell you clearly before it applies.
